Ordering by Fax
You can order by fax by following the
same process online except for the final order submission.
Merely go through the website, order the items as
desired then fill out the contact and payment information on the
order forms. Do not submit the order. Print the
contact, order and payment information forms and fax them to
281-213-9930. If you like, you can print the contact and
order information then write the payment information separately
on the fax page. We will process the order for you and
send you an email confirmation if you would like. Please
provide your email address on the fax submission if you would
like an email confirmation.

Ordering by Mail with Check or Money Order
You can order by mail similar to the process
stated above in ordering by fax. Merely go
through the website, order the items as
desired then fill out the contact and payment information on the
order forms. Make sure to include the shipping charges and
tax. Do not submit the order. Print the contact,
order and payment information forms and then send them by mail

Confirmations If you
do not received an email confirmation within 48 hours of a fax
submission or within a timely period depending on your distance
from Houston, TX for a mail order, then please contact us by

Shipping
Most orders will ship within 1-2 days of order
placement assuming product is in inventory. We have an
online inventory system that does not allow orders for out of
inventory products, however, in the unlikely case that an error
is made and a product is not available at time of shipment, then
you will be advised shortly after the order is placed. In
that case, you can receive a refund or be shipped the product
when inventory is available.
All orders will have shipping and handling
charges automatically added to the order based upon the shipping
method requested and location. You will be able to
see the charges prior to the final order submission.
Taxes
Sales tax of 6.25% will be applied to all
orders shipping to the state of Texas. All orders to states
outside of Texas are exempt from sales tax.
